Qualite Boutte (QTE Boutte) branded pocket watch, originating in Switzerland and Russia at the end of 1890 years. It was produced for the Army. The enamel in the center of the watch dial, has a brand name of Boutte QTE. The surface of the watch has a secondary mini dial. 15 rubis means, clock mechanism shows that over 15 pieces of precious stones. The serial number of the pocket watch is 96720 .
